Prices are subject to change without notice. Order online or via phone, fax, e-mail or US Mail. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. When submitting orders by credit card/debit card, cards will be pre-authorized but will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped. All prices are plus shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will added to orders shipping to North and South Carolina and will be assessed according to the county where the merchandise is shipped. Allow 7 to 21 business days for shipping and handling on most items, although some items may arrive sooner.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY [Top]
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship
the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items.
As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES [Top]

• Returns will be accepted only with return authorization from Supplier, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

• Items must have the original tags.

• Merchandise has not been worn or laundered.

• Return is accompanied by the original packing slip issued at the time of shipment.

• Time limit on returns is 30 days from date of receipt of order by employee.

• Returns for any reason other than defects in the garment/item are subject to
  a restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater.

• Return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION [Top]
Merchandise is shipped via UPS or US Mail, however we ask that you provide a street address
rather than a Post Office Box. Most orders take two weeks depending on availability.
Overnight delivery is available for additional charge.

NOTE: Please indicate clearly if your order is needed for a certain date, so we may ship accordingly.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS [Top]
Our online store links directly to the UPS website to calculate shipping charges. Most orders shipped via UPS Ground in the USA are delivered in 3 to 5 days once ready for shipment. Alaska and Hawaii orders may take longer to deliver. International shipping is available to most countries via USPS Express Mail with delivery in 5 to 10 days once ready for shipment, unless held in customs. Orders being sent overseas will not show actual shipping charges until the order is shipped and invoiced.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ARE PREPAID [Top]
In the event a customer refuses shipment after shipping from our factory, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES [Top]
Customer is responsible for all duty and tax charges that may be applied at the delivery port of their country.
